2. User Accounts and Wallets

• You must create an account to access our services. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration.
• Each user is provided with a custodial wallet, where purchased NFTs and digital assets will be delivered.
• You are responsible for securing your account credentials and wallet. FuzeX is not liable for any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Transactions and Payments

• All prices are listed in [currency] and are subject to change. You agree to pay all fees associated with the services you purchase.
• Payments are processed through third-party providers such as [Stripe, Paymob, etc.]. FuzeX does not store any credit card details on its servers.
• Transactions involving NFTs are final and irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.

All sales are final, and no refunds are issued for any purchases of tickets, memberships, coupons, or other digital assets, as these are non-refundable goods. Exceptions may apply only in cases of platform errors or as required by law.

5. NFT Ownership and Intellectual Property

• Ownership of NFTs is transferred to the user upon purchase, and they are stored on a blockchain network. However, ownership of NFTs does not transfer copyright or intellectual property rights related to the digital content unless explicitly stated.
• Users may display, share, or transfer NFTs within the limitations set by applicable laws and the NFT creator's licensing terms.

• Prohibited activities include but are not limited to fraud, violation of intellectual property rights, and manipulation of blockchain networks.

7. Limitation of Liability

FuzeX provides its services on an 'as is' basis without any warranties. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to blockchain technology risks, such as network failures or wallet vulnerabilities.

8. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of our services at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
